The Channel Swimming Challenge is open to people from all over the world to take part in. The challenge is to swim the 34 kilometre distance across the English Channel to France, by recording and adding together all the lengths you swim at your local pool. The Logbook was published in 2004 to coincide with the launch of Bath Time – Harrison’s web-based work for Victoria Baths in Manchester. It features everything you need to know to get started with your challenge plus plenty of room to log all your swims.
